Job summary

Responsibilities
  • Execute end-to-end procurement processes, including sourcing, evaluating suppliers, obtaining competitive quotes, negotiating terms, and managing PR/PO cycles.
  • Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, onboard new suppliers, and support tender or bulk purchase initiatives to drive cost savings.
  • Coordinate logistics and delivery, working closely with the Logistics team to ensure timely shipment of spare parts and resolving delivery discrepancies.
  • Handle financial and administrative tasks, such as resolving PO–invoice mismatches, managing prepayment uploads, and ensuring timely system closure of PRs/POs.
  • Support continuous improvements, contribute in meetings, participate in safety initiatives, and ensure procurement decisions align with operational safety.
  • Assist the department head with ad-hoc duties, including process improvements, commercial tasks, and operational support.
