Preferred candidates will have over 10 years of finance experience, ideally in healthcare, with M&A experience advantageous. Job description

Responsibilities:

• Act as a strategic finance partner to the CEO and leadership team on business planning, growth initiatives, and capital allocation.
• Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with organisational goals.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning across multiple clinics.
• Analyse financial performance, KPIs, and clinic-level profitability.
• Prepare and present management reports, dashboards, and financial analyses to the CEO and Board.
• Strengthen internal controls, financial policies, and procedures across all clinics.
• Oversee cash flow management, working capital, and cost optimisation initiatives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a finance team of 10–15 across accounting, FP&A, and operational finance.
• Involve in M&A Activities.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy
• At least 10 years of experience in Finance
• Healthcare experience is highly preferred
• M&A experience will be an added advantage
