Responsibilities

1. Ensure all clinic staff report for duty on time.
2. Conduct training sessions for newly hired staff.
3. Reconcile claims and respond to inquiries from government or corporate partners.
4. Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and disputes professionally and efficiently.
5. Oversee the upkeep of clinic facilities and coordinate regular preventive maintenance with the facilities team.
