Job Description
- Responsibilities to the Building Authorities to supervise the works in accordance to the Building Control Act, Regulations and approved plans.
- Analyse all project drawings and specifications, and to feedback on any discrepancies and/or possible issues before work commences on-site and through the course of the project.
- Supervise the construction and related works, maintain quality control and ensure that the works are carried out in accordance with the project specifications, drawings, sketches, and site instructions by the supervising qualified persons and project consultants.
- Ensure that the contractors carry out their work in compliance with the Building Control Act and Regulations, Codes of Practices, and requirements of building authorities and government agencies.
- Observe and comply with site safety and ensure that works are carried out in a safe and proper manner.
- Supervision of all Architectural Works with proficiency in Civil & Structural Engineering as required under the project and mandated under the Building Control Act & Regulations.
- Report to QP (Supervision) and Resident Architect.
- To provide a consolidated daily summary and weekly reports.
- Participate in Client/Consultant's site meeting and technical meeting when requested.
Requirement
- Accredited as a Resident Technical Officer with IES/ACES.
- At least 6 years or more relevant experience of projects in Architectural Works.
- Able to start in July 2025
