Job summary

A leading engineering firm is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator specializing in civil, structural, and architectural works within tunneling projects. The ideal candidate will manage project interfaces and coordinate with contractors and agencies. A recognized degree in engineering and significant experience in the construction sector is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in managing Civil & Structure, Architectural and/or E&M works.
• Knowledge in TFP/TOP process.

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all coordination works of civil & structural, architectural & SWCs, interface (civil / structural, architectural and E&M installation, utility diversions).

• Lead meetings and coordination with SWC contractors.

• Managing interfaces for the design and construction of tunnelling projects including TFP/TOP/design and approval process.

• Liaise with various government and utility agencies to secure initial site clearance.

• Coordinate design and construction matters (civil, architectural, M&E) with consultants and contractors to obtain approval of design submissions.

Requirements:

• A recognised Degree in Engineering.

• Advanced Certificate in Construction Productivity (ACCP) and/or Specialist Diploma in Construction Productivity (SDCP).

• At least 8-years of engineering experience with minimum 5 years in managing Civil & Structure, Architectural and/or E&M Building Services works for projects of similar scale, complexity and nature.

• Experienced in managing interfaces for design and construction of transit projects with full understanding of the design and approval.

• Must possess comprehensive knowledge in TFP / TOP process.

• Excellent communication skills needed to liaise with MP’s office

• Comfortable to work 5.5 working days
