Job summary
A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is seeking a School Maintenance Manager to formulate maintenance policies and oversee a team of technicians. Candidates should have 5-10 years in facility maintenance and a degree in Building & Facilities Management. The role involves budgeting, compliance with regulations, and supervision of renovations. Competitive salary range of $5,000 - $6,000.
Qualifications
- 5-10 years relevant working experience in facility maintenance and/or building project management.
- Degree in Building & Facilities Management or relevant field.
- Experience in managing a team of Technicians.

- Formulate practical and achievable maintenance policies.
- Track repairs, expenses, budgeting, and audits.
- Supervise and lead the maintenance team.
- Oversee regular inspections and repair schedules.

Education
School Maintenance Manager
5 days (Mon – Fri) 9am - 6pm
Basic Salary: $5,000 - $6,000
Work location: Alexandra Road
- 5-10 years relevant working experience related to facility maintenance and/or building project management (School building background preferred)
- Degree in Building & Facilities Management or relevant (latest building certification preferred)
- Experience in managing a team of Technicians
- Formulate practical and achievable maintenance policies with a focus on efficient people processes
- Track repairs, expenses, budgeting and audit becomes mission critical
- Supervise and lead a growing maintenance team, its processes and operations, overseeing all minor renovations and interior refurbishments
- Oversee regular inspections and assign repair schedules to pre-empt facility issues
- Ensure the team adheres to all safety policies and procedures whilst complying to established construction standards and government regulations
- Reporting pertinent statistics and data to management for decision making; facilitating annual budgeting and allocation of capital expenditure for facility upgrades and major building works.
