• Engagement with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage office sundry purchases.

• Assists in employment contract renewals.

• Ensure accurate employee records are maintained.
• Coordination of social and recreational activities.
• Perform HR data entry for employee information.
• Manage and route phone calls.
• Assist in work pass applications.
• Prepare and submit surveys to government bodies.

Job description

• Coordinate medical arrangement for foreign employees (medical check-ups for work pass, and vaccination)
• Ensure complete, up-to-date, accurate and accessible records are kept for all employees.
• Assists in the co-ordination of social and recreational activities to promote the general welfare of all employees
• Performs HR data entry relating to employee's information, training records, etc.
• Manage and route phone calls appropriately
• Assists in work pass applications and other immigration related work.
• Prepare and submit government bodies and statutory board related surveys.
