Roles & Responsibilities

• Supervise, monitor and guide workpiece set‑up
• Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards
• Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures
• Answer all site technical queries and support machinists/operators
• Manage production flow to ensure that optimum output is maintained
• Take contingency actions as necessary during the shift, e.g. machine/tooling breakdown
• Plan overtime if necessary to achieve job schedule
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a production supervisory role within the precision engineering industry, preferably with experience in oil and gas component production.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, machining techniques, and quality control methods
• Familiarity with industry standards such as API, ASME, and ISO.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a production team.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and the capacity to make sound decisions under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
