• Respond to alarm activations, providing immediate assessment and escalation where necessary.
• Deliver top-tier service, always acting with professionalism and integrity.

• A current Security Licence with CRO endorsement.
• Valid First Aid Certificate.
• Previous experience in a control room environment.
• Full working rights in Australia.
• Exceptional communication skills—both verbal and written.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make critical decisions under pressure.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate various computer and monitoring systems.
• Availability to work a rotating roster, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
