We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Accounts Officer to join our growing company secretarial team. This role is essential for the smooth operation of our firm, particularly in managing client statutory records, tracking crucial deadlines, assisting with billing, and coordinating client and internal meetings. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for accuracy and a strong understanding of the importance of compliance in the corporate secretarial field in Singapore.
Tax Schedules: Assist in the preparation of corporate and individual tax computations and schedules for IRAS submission.
Financial Reporting: Support the preparation of unaudited Financial Statements and XBRL filing reports.
Liaison: Coordinate with IRAS regarding tax queries, GST filings, and PIC/CIT rebates.

3. Digital Transformation & Compliance Oversight
Process Computerisation: Support the Director in migrating manual workflows to digital platforms (e.g., Xero, Quickbooks, or specialised Corporate Secretarial software).
PDPA Compliance: Act as or assist the Data Protection Officer (DPO);
manage data inventory maps, consent logs, and ensure the firm’s data handling aligns with Personal Data Protection Act requirements.
Internal Audit: Periodically review internal files to ensure they are "audit-ready" for ACRA’s inspections of CSPs.
