A retail company in Singapore is seeking a Retail Sales Assistant. The role involves performing sales duties, managing outlet operations, and ensuring a well-presented retail environment. Candidates should have prior retail sales experience and possess excellent communication skills. Full-time positions require working retail hours including weekends, with an attractive salary range and commission. Training on product knowledge will be provided.
Working Area: OG People Park / OG Albert Complex / Vivo City/ Bugis Junction / Plaza Singapura / Paragon / Takashimaya / Tangs Orchard/IMM / Woodland Causeway Point / NEX / Tampines Mall
Working hours: Full Time -6 days work week for full time
Salary: Basic $1700-$2200 + OT + Commission + Allowance

Job Responsibilities:
Perform sales duties and stock-taking activities in a department store or retail environment.
Manage outlet opening and closing shifts.
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-presented retail store environment.
Ensure merchandise and price tags are displayed correctly.
Provide after-sales support
Assist customers in identifying their needs and recommend suitable products to address their concerns.
Undertake ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Replenish stock as required.
Handle daily administrative tasks efficiently.
Comply with company guidelines and operational procedures.
Provide constructive feedback to the retail store supervisor.
Job Requirements:
Must-have requirements:
Prior retail sales experience; experience in luggage sales is an advantage.
Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays (off-in-lieu will be provided).
Training of product knowledges will be provided.
Confident, independent, and possesses excellent communication skills.
Willing to travel across the island.
Able to fulfil day shifts (7 hours on weekdays; 8-10 hours on weekends).
