As an Administrative Operations Specialist at Creme Maison, you will play a crucial role in the behind-the-scenes magic that keeps our bakery running smoothly. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of administrative and operational functions, ensuring that our business operates seamlessly. Here's what you'll be up to:

Administrative Support
  • Manage and maintain office correspondence, emails, and phone calls with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Handle the organization and upkeep of both digital and physical records, ensuring easy access and accuracy.
  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating logistics
  • Post processing E-commerce orders
Office Management
  • Assist in maintaining office supplies and inventory, placing orders as needed.
  • Help manage the office environment, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for bakery maintenance.
Data Entry
  • Input data into spreadsheets and databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Assist in data analysis and reporting, helping to identify trends or areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the team to analyze data and generate valuable insights for decision-making.
