About the role

Otterly Lab Pte Ltd, a dynamic and innovative company in the North-East Region, is seeking a talented TikTok Live Host (Dessert) to join our team. As a TikTok Live Host, you will be responsible for engaging with our audience, showcasing our delectable dessert creations, and building a strong community on this popular social media platform. This is a full-time position that offers a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of our digital marketing efforts.

What you'll be doing

1. Hosting engaging and informative TikTok Live sessions to showcase our dessert menu and brand

2. Interacting with viewers, answering questions, and fostering a sense of community

3. Collaborating with the marketing team to develop content strategies and promote our dessert offerings

4. Staying up-to-date with TikTok trends and best practices to maximize the reach and impact of our live streams

5. Analyzing performance metrics and providing insights to the marketing team to drive continuous improvement

6. Assisting with the creation of other social media content as needed

7. Live schedule (initial phase): 5 days per week, around 9:00–11:00 AM

What we're looking for

1. Proven experience in hosting live streams or video content on social media platforms, particularly TikTok

2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage audiences in a fun and entertaining manner

3. Excellent knowledge of dessert and baking trends, as well as a passion for the culinary industry

4. Creative thinking and the ability to develop engaging content ideas

5. Familiarity with social media analytics and the ability to interpret data to improve performance

6. Highly organized and able to work independently, as well as collaboratively with the marketing team
