Job summary
A well-established seafood processing company in Singapore is looking for a Warehouse Assistant to manage inventory and oversee shipments. The role requires experience in warehousing, with specific responsibilities including data entry, quality inspection of food shipments, and performing counts of incoming goods. A valid forklift license is advantageous. The position offers a competitive salary of up to $1,500, along with overtime and bonuses.

Responsibilities
- Maintain records of inventory and generate reports.
- Oversee loading and unloading of goods.
- Inspect food shipments for quality and labeling.
- Verify shipments against purchase orders.
- Update inventory locations.
- Perform picking and distribution.

- Well Established Singapore Based Frozen Seafood Processing SME
- Working Hours: Monday - Friday (8:00am – 5:30pm); Saturday (8:00am - 12:30pm)
- Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $1,500 + OT + Variable Bonus (Minimum 1 Month)
- High Overtime Available
- Working Location: Jurong Port

- Maintain record of inventory / processing data entry and generate accurate reports.

- Inspect food shipments for temperature, hygiene, quality, shelve life, labeling and marking requirements.
- Perform counts, weights, and case packs of incoming shipments to verify information against purchase orders.
- Update inventory locations.
- Perform picking and distribution.
- Minimum GCE “N” Level and above.
- At least 1 year of warehousing experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Possess a valid forklift license will be an added advantage.
