Job description

You will be responsible in providing daily operational support for Food Services Department. You will assist the F&B Executive in the following:

  • Ensuring meals are served timely and in accordance with statutory and religious guidelines
  • Engagement and coordination of internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
  • Assist with inventory management
  • Assist training of staff
  • Support F&B Executive in one (or more) of operations support areas:
    • Supporting maintenance of meal ordering system
    • Support management of outsourced partner (Dishwashing Operations and Maintenance)
    • Support management of outsourced partner (Meal Servers)
    • Ensuring quantity and quality of food items purchased are received in a timely manner and stored according to statutory guidelines and requirements
Job Requirements
  • Diploma in Food Service Management/Food Business Management, Food Science/Nutrition will be preferred
  • Able to commit 6 days work week (AM Shift: 6am - 2pm; PM Shift: 11.30am - 7.30pm / 12.30pm - 8.30pm)
  • Experience in food services operations will be an advantage
  • IT savvy
  • Possess strong analytical and interpersonal skills
