Qualifications

• Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma in Food Science and Technology or related field.
• At least 1 year experience in food industry or manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Inspect factory equipment cleanliness before production.
• Conduct checks on raw materials and finished products for quality.
• Report quality issues to supervisors.
• Collaborate with departments for material inspections.
• Verify certificates for raw materials.
• Provide training for new staff.
• Assist with internal and external audits.
• Maintain accurate records.
• Calibrate equipment as required.
• Manage inventory and uphold lab cleanliness.
• Issue Certificates of Analysis for materials and products.
• Support additional tasks assigned by the company.
• Oversee overall quality control function.

Food Quality Assurance Executive

Woodlands

$2,700 - $3,000

5 days Mon to Fri

Working time: 8.30am to 5.30pm

Job scopes

• Factory equipment cleanliness inspection before production.
• Conduct thorough checks on raw materials and finished products for quality, including microbial, sensory, and visual assessments.
• Promptly report any quality issues to supervisors for investigation and resolution.
• Collaborate with other departments to schedule material inspections and sampling.
• Verify certificates to ensure raw materials meet standards before use.
• Provide training for new staff members.
• Assist with audits, both internal and external.
• Maintain accurate records.
• Perform equipment calibration as required.
• Manage inventory and uphold lab cleanliness.
• Issue Certificates of Analysis for materials and products.
• Support with additional tasks assigned by the company.
• Oversees the overall quality control function.

Requirements

• Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma in Food Science and Technology, Food, Nutrition & Culinary Science related.
• At least 1 year experience in food industry / manufacturing.
