Job description
Key Responsibilities
  • Implement, monitor, and maintain quality assurance and food safety control processes in compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.

  • Establish, review, andζουν: update food safety and quality policies, manuals, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and related documentation.

  • Investigate customer complaints related to product quality; identify root causes and recommend corrective actions.

  • Evaluate food quality through regular sensory tests, focusing on texture, taste, nutritional value, safety, and overall product consistency.

  • Support internal and external audits (e.g., HACCP/ SFA).

  • Perform quality control inspections and audits at outlet locations; identify non-conformance and prepare detailed analysis reports with corrective action recommendations.

  • Assist in new product development activities, including quality evaluation, process validation, and launch readiness.

  • Perform other ad-hoc duties or projects as assigned by management.

Job Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Food Science/ Food Technology or equivalent.

  • Minimum _. 3–5 years of experience in Quality Assurance or R&D, preferably in the food industry.
