Company Overview

We are a biotech-based food ingredients company delivering innovative solutions for the dairy, meat, and beverage industries worldwide. To better serve customers outside of China, we have integrated our global operations and established an overseas business hub in Singapore.

We are seeking a Food Ingredients Sales & Marketing Manager to drive regional and international growth through solution-based, technical B2B sales and market development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies for food ingredients across dairy, meat, and beverage applications.
  • Identify, develop, and manage B2B customers, distributors, and key accounts in Southeast Asia and selected global markets.
  • Drive new business development and manage the full technical sales cycle, from customer investigation and product/solution definition, through requirement analysis and order generation, to commercial negotiation and deal closure.
  • Work closely with R&D and application teams to translate technical capabilities into commercial customer value.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, pricing strategy, and product positioning.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and customer meetings regionally and internationally.
Requirements
  • Degree in Food Science, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Marketing, or related disciplines.
  • Proven experience in food ingredients sales, B2B technical sales, or technical marketing.
  • Solid understanding of food ingredient applications, preferably in dairy, meat, or beverage systems.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in English; Chinese (Mandarin) is a strong advantage for cross-border communication.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-growing, lean organization.
Nice-to-Have
  • Experience with enzymes, functional ingredients, flavors, or food additives.
  • Existing customer, distributor, or key-account network in Southeast Asia.
  • Background in startups, SMEs, or high-growth business environments.
