Job summary
A healthcare institution in Singapore seeks a candidate to plan and execute departmental projects, monitor performance, and ensure operational effectiveness of the Security team. Candidates should possess a degree and at least 2 years of relevant experience, with strong leadership and communication skills being essential.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in healthcare industry or project management is advantageous.
- Supervisory experience is required for Assistant Manager position.
Responsibilities
- Plan, formulate and execute departmental projects and work plans.
- Monitor performance against set targets and perform budgeting.
- Provide supervision, coaching, and training to Security team.

Education
You will plan, formulate and execute departmental projects and work plans as well as monitor performance against set targets. You will perform budgeting, conduct policy review, and implement initiatives. In addition, you will provide supervision, coaching and training to Security team to ensure operational effectiveness and compliance with departmental policies and procedures.

- Degree in any discipline with at least 2 years of relevant experience
