Monday to Friday

8:30am – 6:00pm (Office Hours)

About the Role

As an Assistant Manager / Senior Assistant Manager in Clinical Governance, you will play a key role in strengthening the organisation’s quality, patient safety, and continuous improvement efforts. You will support clinical governance programmes, manage risk and incident workflows, and work closely with various stakeholders to promote high standards of care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and support organisation-wide clinical quality and safety programmes
  • Collaborate with departments to develop quality models, standards, audits, and risk management activities
  • Provide support to Quality Assurance and Clinical Services committees
  • Continuously review and improve work processes
  • Manage incidents and Serious Reportable Events (SREs)
  • Conduct root cause analysis and prepare findings
  • Collect, analyse, and interpret quality and safety data
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations with insights and recommendations
  • Support development of quality and safety metrics
  • Work with clinicians, administrators, and teams across the organisation to promote improvement initiatives
  • Drive change and encourage continuous improvement
  • Draft meeting minutes
  • Maintain and update internal webpages and communication materials
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in healthcare quality, patient safety, or project management
  • Understanding of quality improvement principles and methodologies
  • Strong data analysis skills; proficiency in dashboards (e.g., PowerBI) preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with healthcare data systems is an advantage
