Job summary

A global biopharmaceutical company in Singapore is seeking a financial operations manager to lead the STS & OTC team. Ideal candidates will have over 7 years experience in financial operations in ANZ & Asia markets. Responsibilities include managing operational processes, ensuring compliance, and leading a team of finance professionals. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential. Fluency in English and Mandarin is preferred, with opportunities for professional growth and development.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in ANZ & Asia markets.
  • Experience in financial shared services is an advantage.
  • People management experience is a must.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and guide the STS & OTC team for ANZ & Asian markets.
  • Ensure all standards in the service partnership agreement are met.
  • Perform month-end close processes.
