  • Leverage existing functions to develop monitoring capabilities, establish trends, identify emerging risks, uncover insights, and utilize data to track compliance within Microsoft and across its partner ecosystem.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, providing partner compliance counsel / support and ongoing risk education to Microsoft’s front‑line business functions and relevant internal stakeholders as well as leadership management.
  • Work with Microsoft’s partner compliance teams to help sequence and prioritize various, competing, yet important, partner compliance initiatives for maximum impact and minimum disruption/churn.
  • Support channel partner change management efforts to secure buy‑in and ensure critical compliance initiatives and messages land successfully the first time.
  • Engage partner’s compliance contact at C‑suite level and Management team to drive adherence to Microsoft channel agreement compliance requirements and ethical sales behavior.
  • Monitor partner compliance and execution by utilizing Microsoft’s various partner compliance programs and engaging with partners to support the transformation and remediation of their compliance frameworks.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partner compliance support within the assigned area or region, representing the Partner Compliance team.
  • Utilize Microsoft AI and automation tools to:
    • Perform data analytics and generate actionable insights, focusing compliance efforts on areas with the highest third‑party risk.
