Job summary

A leading conglomerate-investment company in Singapore is seeking a driven Assistant Manager, Finance to support treasury management, corporate finance, financial planning, and accounting. Candidates should possess a degree in Accounting, be a qualified CA or CPA, and have 5 to 7 years of relevant experience preferably in real estate. Skills in cash management, foreign exchange strategies, and analytical prowess are essential. Familiarity with Oracle Fusion is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of relevant work experience in a real estate company.
• Experience in a Big Four audit firm.
• Previous experience in the Real Estate/Property industry is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support cash management and asset management strategies.
• Assist in banking operations of the assets.
• Prepare and review annual budgets and monthly forecasts.
• Oversee and review asset financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards.
