The Finance Director is responsible for the successful operation of the finance department including internal financial reporting, general ledger accounting, treasury, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cost accounting, tax compliance, client finance, and inventory accounting supervision of accounting staff and all tax audits. The Finance Director ensures ethics, financial clarity and transparency while recommending and leading initiatives to improve profits and relationships.

Qualifications & Experience
Required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in a financial management role, preferably in an agency or OOH environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Experience leading a finance team.
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with financial planning tools (Oracle, Accountability or similar).
  • Solid understanding of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.
  • Clear and concise communicator.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills, particularly with client contracts.
Preferred
  • Experience in media industry.
  • Experience in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.

Salary Details

$90,000 - $120,000 USD

The pay range and total target compensation package listed above is the expected pay offered for this position at the start of employment.
