Job summary

A leading international hotel company in Singapore is looking for a Director of Finance to oversee all accounting and financial requirements of the hotel. The successful candidate will manage financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls while providing strategic insights to the management team. Candidates should have a finance/accounting degree, ACCA/CPA certification, and at least 5 years of hotel accounting experience, with 2 years in a similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint is essential.

Qualifications

  • University qualification and above.
  • Finance / Accounting major and certified, e.g. ACCA/ CPA.
  • 5 years in hotel accounting with at least 2 years in a similar position with an international hotel.

Responsibilities

  • Manage hotel accounting records and reports in compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Deliver timely, accurate, and action-driven financial reports.
  • Advise GM and leadership team on financial performance.
  • Support strategic hotel planning with financial insight.
  • Ensure performance management and employee engagement.
