Join us to lead and support our FBAP group’s legal accounting, finance operations, and consolidation processes while ensuring compliance and driving continuous improvements.

• Lead and support the FBAP group’s legal accounting consolidation, ensuring accurate and timely reporting in compliance with local and group standards.
• Collaborate closely with subsidiaries to review accounting numbers and ensure alignment with financial policies.
• Oversee daily finance operations including accounting and treasury tasks.
• Drive process improvements in financial consolidation and other finance operations.
• Manage compliance monitoring and enhance governance across FBAP and the group.
• Prepare documents for tax inquiries and support taxation-related activities.
• Lead finance projects focused on productivity, compliance, and governance enhancements.
• Support accounting enhancement initiatives and other special projects as assigned.

• Minimum 5 years experience in accounting operations or audit.
• Degree in Accountancy; CPA certification preferred.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Solid experience in consolidation within multinational corporations.
• Proven track record in process improvements.
• Familiarity with Cognos Controller and ERP systems is advantageous.
• Knowledge of compliance, internal controls, and taxation.
• Excellent project management skills including planning, negotiation, and leadership.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
• Strong IT skills and ability to adapt under pressure.
