Job summary
A healthcare organization in Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented Account Assistant to support the finance team in day-to-day accounting operations. Responsibilities include maintaining accounting records, processing payments and invoices, and managing accounts payable and receivable. The ideal candidate should have a Higher NITEC/Diploma in Accounting, at least 1-3 years of accounting experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software. Experience in healthcare finance is a plus.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-3 years of professional accounting experience.
- Experience in healthcare finance or familiarity with CHAS/eClaim processes will be an added advantage.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines.

- Maintain and update accounting records and documentation.
- Process payments, receipts, and invoices using accounting software.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring prompt billing and collections.
- Assist with staff reimbursements and bank reconciliations.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Account Assistant to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the finance team in day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Maintain and update accounting records and documentation.
- Process payments, receipts, and invoices using accounting software.
- Monitor the status of CHAS claims.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring prompt billing and collections.
- Assist with staff reimbursements and bank reconciliations.
- Liaise with clinics, vendors, and relevant government agencies for financial matters.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties and support tasks as assigned by the Finance Manager.
- Higher NITEC/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 1-3 years of professional accounting experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel skills and accounting software.
- Experience in healthcare finance or familiarity with CHAS/eClaim processes will be an added advantage.
