Job summary
A leading recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking a finance professional with 5 years of experience to handle group consolidated accounts and financial reporting. Responsibilities include preparing monthly financial reports, overseeing subsidiary accounts, and ensuring tax compliance. The ideal candidate should have audit experience and solid tax filing knowledge. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the financial health of the organization and engage in strategic financial planning.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in handling Group consolidated accounts.
- Preference for candidates with previous audit experience.
- Must have working knowledge of tax filing.
Responsibilities
- Prepare group consolidation, financial reporting, and financial analysis for multiple entities.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and annual statutory accounts.
- Oversee subsidiary accounts to ensure timely monthly closing and reporting.
Skills
- Prepare group consolidation, financial reporting, and financial analysis for approximately 18 subgroups and entities.
- Assist in the preparation of consolidated monthly financial reports, periodic SGX announcements, and annual statutory accounts.
- Oversee the accounts of subsidiary companies within the Group to ensure timely monthly closing and reporting.
- Prepare and submit statistics and surveys.
- Perform corporate tax computation, tax reporting, and ensure compliance with all tax filing requirements.
- Support and assist in the Group's annual budget and quarterly rolling forecast.
- Assist the finance team with ad-hoc tasks as assigned. \
- 5 years of relevant experience in handling Group consolidated accounts.
- Previous audit experience is preferred.
- Working knowledge of tax filing.
