Job description

Responsibilities

• Prepare group consolidation, financial reporting, and financial analysis for approximately 18 subgroups and entities.
• Assist in the preparation of consolidated monthly financial reports, periodic SGX announcements, and annual statutory accounts.
• Oversee the accounts of subsidiary companies within the Group to ensure timely monthly closing and reporting.
• Prepare and submit statistics and surveys.
• Perform corporate tax computation, tax reporting, and ensure compliance with all tax filing requirements.
• Support and assist in the Group's annual budget and quarterly rolling forecast.
• Assist the finance team with ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• 5 years of relevant experience in handling Group consolidated accounts.
• Previous audit experience is preferred.
• Working knowledge of tax filing.
