Skills
We are looking for a Senior Business analyst who can use data to suggest ways that our client, an Investment and Facility Management business, can operate more efficiently. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products that deliver the companys vision and strategy. You will play a key role in our clients Financial transformation journey.
- Using data modelling techniques to identify ways in which an organization can operate more effectively.
- Communicate with senior people in organizations to uncover and align on goals and objectives
- Formulate ways for businesses to improve, based on previous research
- Persuade internal and external stakeholders of the benefits of new technology or strategies
- Oversee the implementation of new technology and systems
- Conduct workshops and training sessions
- Explore how the organization is currently operating via research, which could include interviewing employees and collecting quantitative data
- Explore different solutions, their risks, benefits, and impacts
- Propose solutions to clients management, and keep them updated on progress
- Create documents to outline the proposed changes and the steps involved.
- Contribute to training and support for people affected by new systems and processes.
- Strong understanding of Investment Management Businesses
- Confidence working with complex data and systems
- An understanding of how IT can be used to resolve problems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem solving skills and techniques
- Strong team player while also having team leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative towards achieving team goals.
- Understand project management and governance
- At least 10 years working experience with /for an Asset Management company.
- Has led a team of business analysts towards delivering goals and objectives
- Proven track record of successfully completing a digital transformation assignment.
