A leading company in facility management is seeking an Operations Executive to coordinate transportation activities and manage inventory effectively. The role requires at least NITEC certification and 2 years of experience in operations within service or logistics. Qualifications

  • Industry/ Organization Type: Facility Management/ Services
  • Position Title: Operations Executive
  • Working Location: Sungei Kadut (Transport provided from Kranji MRT)
  • Working Hours: 5 days, 7.30am to 6.30pm
  • Salary Package: Up to $4,500 + Bonus
  • Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and schedule driver and crew work shifts, ensuring efficient manpower deployment for the next day.
  • Coordinate transportation activities to achieve cost-effective and timely deliveries.
  • Assist in budget planning and cost management.
  • Manage inventory, equipment, and supplies, optimizing processes to reduce costs while maintaining adequate stock levels.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including procurement and sales, to align operational activities.
  • Support the development and review of operational plans to enhance work procedures and service quality.
  • Guide teams in handling incidents and emergencies both on the road and on-site.
  • Provide updates on incidents to relevant stakeholders.
  • Assist in addressing and resolving client complaints.
  • Prepare and submit monthly job reports to management.

  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office and email is essential.
  • Able to work on weekend shift.
