Job summary

A leading construction company in Singapore is seeking a BIM Manager to oversee drawing production and manage schedule for shop drawing preparations. The ideal candidate has at least 4 years of experience in building projects, particularly in Hospital/Medical facilities, and possesses strong knowledge of Singapore Building Codes. Job description

Our client is a leading construction company, specialize in marine engineering and land reclamation projects.

• Oversee BIM modelers to create shop drawings.
• Manage schedule for shop drawing preparation/approval and material approval/procurement based on master programme and monitor the status.
• Liaise with BIM team on drawings production to identify conflicts with other trades.
• Work closely with Consultants and Subcontractors to identify the Architectural construction details and M&E services.

Requirements:

• Degree in Architectural or equivalent.
• At least 4 years of building projects experience in Hospital/Medical Facilities.
• Strong knowledge in Singapore Building Codes, BCA CONQUAS and Quality Mark Assessment.
