Qualifications

• Candidates must have a minimum Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Knowledge on BMS, PLC, or HVAC will be a plus.
• Training is provided for those with less experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and assign sub-contractors and manpower for maintenance work.
• Supervise and manage sub-contractors for servicing works.
• Plan and schedule Preventive Maintenance.
• Perform routine checks and troubleshoot BMS/DCS/PLC/SCADA Systems.
• Record servicing and maintenance data and generate service reports.
• Provide technical guidance for facility management.

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Working hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm

TRAINING PROVIDED

Job Responsibilities

• Planning / Assign sub-contractors and manpower for the maintenance work and from project handover
• Supervising & Managing of Sub-contractor to carry maintenance & servicing works
• Plan and schedule Preventive Maintenance
• Perform routine check, system back-ups & restoration, troubleshooting and upgrading / improvement of system to ensure optimal functioning of BMS/DCS/PLC/SCADA System
• Record servicing & maintenance data and generate service report
• Provide Technical / Operational guidance, engineering solution to the Maintenance Site Facility Management
• Others ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Minimum Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Knowledge on BMS / PLC / HVAC will be a plus point
• Training provided for those without/lesser experience
