About the Role

The Assistant Manager / Restaurant Manager is responsible for leading daily restaurant operations, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining operational standards, and driving sales and profitability. The role requires strong leadership, people management skills, and the ability to deliver results through effective team development and operational excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Operations Management
  • Ensure smooth daily restaurant operations in line with KFC Singapore standards.
  • Monitor food quality, hygiene, safety, and service standards to exceed customer expectations.
  • Manage inventory control, cost management, and reduce wastage.
  • Execute marketing and promotional activities to drive sales.
  • People Management
  • Lead, train, and motivate team members to achieve performance and service excellence.
  • Schedule manpower effectively to balance cost efficiency with service needs.
  • Conduct performance reviews, coaching, and development plans for staff.
  • Maintain a positive and engaging work environment.
  • Financial Performance
  • Achieve sales, profit, and cost control targets for the restaurant.
  • Analyze financial reports to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Implement initiatives to maximize revenue and control expenses.

  • Ensure fast, friendly, and accurate service delivery.
  • Handle customer feedback, complaints, and recovery professionally.

  • Others: Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays - operation hours up to 5 am - 2 pm shift work
