OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE/OPERATIONS MANAGER
Job summary
A security services company in Singapore is seeking a professional to manage deployment planning and oversight of security personnel. The role involves liaising with clients, conducting training, and ensuring compliance with regulations. A successful candidate will handle incident management, client interactions, and logistics coordination. This position requires strong leadership and communication skills in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Deployment planning and rostering of security personnel.
- Ensure compliance with project requirements and procedures.
- Resolve matters highlighted by clients or personnel onsite.
- Liaise with HR on recruitment and manage reliefs.
- Conduct performance checks and implement new policies.
- Provide in-house training for security personnel.
- Manage deployment and command at operation sites.
- Deployment planning and rostering of security personnel
- Ensure all employed security personnel adhere and perform as per project requirement, company procedures and regulations
- Communicate and resolve any matters highlighted by clients or security personnel onsite timely
- Oversee deployment and liaison with HR department on recruitment
- Manage pool of reliefs and patrolling officers
- Conduct performance checks, briefings and ensure implementation of new policies and procedures
- Oversee and ensure matters highlighted by clients are resolved fulfilling service level agreements through regular meetings
- Conduct in‑house training for security personnel for projects under his/her sector
- Deliver and collect any logistics of documents to HQ and sites
- Any other duties assigned by the Operations Manager / Director
- Manage deployment at operation sites
- On site command, control & supervision
- Set up new projects sites
- Client Management
- Put up management reports
- Incident management
