Job summary
A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking individuals to support the planning and execution of Convocation ceremonies. Responsibilities include coordinating logistics, managing communications, and assisting in awards administration. Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end planning, preparation, and execution of Convocation ceremonies.
- Assist in administration of awards, ensuring accurate records.
- Manage and respond to enquiries via email and phone calls.
- Support end-to-end planning, preparation, and execution of Convocation ceremonies, including logistics coordination and on-site event management
