Heartland Rehab is seeking an experienced Principal / Senior Physiotherapist to join our growing multidisciplinary rehabilitation group. This role is suited for a clinician who demonstrates strong clinical leadership, sound clinical reasoning, and a commitment to developing people, systems, and standards of care.
You will manage a complex caseload while playing a key role in mentoring junior clinicians, shaping clinical standards, and contributing to service development across the group. The position offers a balance of hands‑on clinical work, leadership, and professional growth.
Assess, diagnose, and manage a broad range of musculoskeletal and orthopaedic conditions
Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy interventions tailored to individual patient needs
Manage complex or high-value cases and provide clinical oversight when required
Mentor and support junior physiotherapists through supervision, case discussions, and in-service training
Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical protocols and best practices
Collaborate closely with doctors and allied health professionals to optimise patient outcomes
Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation in line with clinic standards
Degree or equivalent qualification in Physiotherapy
Minimum 5–7 years of relevant clinical experience
Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and leadership skills
Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
Prior experience in mentoring, supervision, or leadership roles is highly advantageous
Established and reputable physiotherapy group with multiple locations
