Planning Engineer (Construction)

Job description

• Assists in tender processes by planning work execution sequences and proposing value engineering solutions.
• Develops the master schedule for the project using Excel or MS Project.
• Prepares the Project Quality Plan and ensures its effective implementation on-site.
• Ensures all works comply with the Project Quality Plan and inspects materials and equipment to confirm they meet approved standards.
• Prepares Method Statements and collaborates with the Safety Team to conduct risk assessments in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Coordinates with and submits applications to relevant authorities to fulfill all statutory obligations.
• Carries out site inspections and internal audits to ensure work quality aligns with building codes and project targets.
• Maintains an organized document control system to ensure traceability of project data.
• Performs any additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned by management or supervisors.
