Production Support Technician
Job summary
A biotechnological firm in Singapore is seeking a skilled professional to monitor and operate the production process. Responsibilities include performing equipment maintenance, managing production quality, and coordinating among team members. Candidates should possess a diploma in Automation or Mechatronics and demonstrate strong skills in communication, problem-solving, and safety awareness. Qualifications
- Proficiency in common office software.
- Basic knowledge of operating and maintaining automation control systems (e.g., PLC, DCS).
Responsibilities
- Monitor and operate the production process on the workshop floor.
- Perform routine maintenance and upkeep of production equipment.
- Manage and optimize process parameters for stable product quality.
- Coordinate and communicate between different positions to facilitate production plans.
- Record production data and generate relevant reports.
Skills
Education

- Manage and optimize process parameters to ensure stable product quality.

- Computer and software skills, proficiency in common office software.
- Familiar with the principles of conventional equipment; basic knowledge of operating and maintaining automation control systems e.g., PLC(Programmable Logic Controller),DCS(Distributed Control System).
- Strong quality and safety awareness.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Diploma or above in Automation, Mechatronics, or related fields.
