• Onsite desktop support for IT hardware and software issues.
• Work with other Infrastructure and Security teams.
• Administration of Active Directory domains for user account and system management.

Responsibilities

• Handle hardware problem diagnosis and PC/software installation.
• Manage local IT Assets and Vendor Management.
• Perform OS Image management for laptops and desktops.

Skills

Exposure to Active Directory

Relevant infrastructure & network skillset

Proficient knowledge of PC and server infrastructure (W10)

Basic administration skills in Active Directory domains

Basic in Networking technology (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
