Job summary

A marine engineering company in Singapore is seeking qualified engineers specializing in automation or instrumentation for LNG/FSRU/LPG vessels. The role requires hands-on experience in servicing vessel automation systems, including maintenance of instrumentation and control systems, hydraulic/pneumatic testing, and smart transmitter calibration. Strong communication skills and a willingness to travel regionally for service assignments are essential. A Class 3 driving license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience servicing vessel automation systems, including instrumentation & control systems maintenance.
• Experience with hydraulic/pneumatic valve testing & commissioning.
• Familiarity with smart transmitter calibration (Azbill, Yokogawa, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Maintain and service automation systems for LNG/FSRU/LPG vessels.
• Test and commission hydraulic/pneumatic systems.
• Calibrate smart transmitters and conduct instrumentation testing.

Due to the expansion of our servicedepartment activities, we are seeking qualified engineers specializing in automation or instrumentation for LNG / FSRU / LPG vessels.

Responsibilities & Experience

• Hands‑on experience in marine vessels and/or land‑based industrial automation systems.
• Proven experience servicing vessel automation systems, including but not limited to:
• Instrumentation & control systems maintenance
• Hydraulic / Pneumatic valve testing & commissioning
• Pneumatic controller & valve positioner overhaul.
• Smart transmitter calibration (Azbill, Yokogawa, etc.)
• Boiler instrumentation testing & start up.
• Pressure / Temperature Gauges, transmitters, flow meters, etc.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel regionally for service assignments.
• Strong communication skills.
• Class 3 driving license (preferred).
