Job summary

A leading technology services firm in Singapore is looking for a Desktop Engineer to provide desktop support for customers. You will assist with IT issues, manage requests, and ensure systems comply with standards. Ideal candidates should have experience with Microsoft Windows 10 and Office 365, along with relevant certifications. A collaborative work environment with opportunities for growth is offered.

Qualifications

• Min 1 year experience in Microsoft Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 365.
• Possess at least one certification such as CompTIA A+, Security+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified.
• Experience in IT helpdesk and call center support is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide desktop support for customer IT issues.
• Document and resolve end-user help requests.
• Perform imaging and asset inventories.
• Create and update work instructions and standards.
