A leading facilities management firm in Singapore is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive growth by identifying and securing new opportunities in Integrated Facilities Management. The role requires a Diploma/Degree in Business or Facilities Management and at least 2 years of relevant experience. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential. Immediate joiners are preferred.
Competenze
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in IFM or service industry sales.
- Able to join us immediately.
Mansioni
- Develop new business leads and maintain strong client relationships.
- Conduct presentations and prepare customized IFM proposals and quotations.
- Manage tender submissions, pricing, and service delivery plans.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure operational readiness for new contracts.
- Track sales performance, maintain CRM records, and prepare regular reports.

Formazione
