A leading property management firm in Singapore is seeking an Account Lead for their property management team. The role involves overseeing on-site teams, managing client relationships, and ensuring high service standards. Ideal candidates should have a Diploma or Degree in a relevant field and strong leadership and communication skills. Candidates with experience in the MCST environment are preferred.

Job description

Being the leader in property management, you are the account lead for the assigned property management team.

Direct and oversee on‑site team & drive profitable P&L

Plan and organize execution of tasks contracted by providing guidance/advice to clients to exceed their expectations on all service levels

Oversee the overall client relationship management & advisory on property management matters

Attend client meetings not limited to Council & AFMs

Support client pitches and transition work

Execute initiatives & programmes as directed

You will mentor your team and ensure that you provide your clients with the highest standard of services
