A company in infrastructure development is seeking a Planning / Site / Design / Utility Engineer to assist in LTA projects. Responsibilities include planning construction activities, preparing schedules, and ensuring compliance. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Civil Engineering and has at least 5 years of relevant experience. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential. Assist in planning and executing design and construction activities for LTA commuter facility infrastructure projects involving cycling path construction, erection of low and high covered linkway, widening of junctions, diversion of drains, relocation of services.
Prepare detailed construction schedules, work breakdown structures, and resource plans.
Review and coordinate design drawings and specifications for constructability, ensuring compliance with LTA, PUB, and other statutory requirements.
Prepare technical submissions, drawings, and method statements for authority approval.
Monitor site progress, identify constraints, and propose technical solutions to ensure smooth project delivery.
Coordinate with utility agencies for diversion and protection works (e.g., water, gas, telecom, power).
Support Project Manager in preparing progress reports, quantity tracking, and project documentation.
Ensure site safety, environmental, and quality standards are upheld at all times.
Degree in Civil Engineering recognised by the Professional Engineers (PE) Board.
Minimum 5 years of experience in planning, design, and construction of LTA commuter facility or infrastructure projects.
Experience in utility coordination, authority liaison, and method statement preparation preferred.
Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Microsoft Project.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills with attention to detail.
Work Schedule: 6-day work week.
