Job summary
A leading company in Singapore is seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist with expertise in ASP.Net, SQL, and ERP systems. The role involves troubleshooting, software support, and collaboration with users and vendors. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills and be able to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-years' experience in software/hardware support.
- Good communication skills and customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to take up challenges and work under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain web applications using ASP.Net.
- Troubleshoot Windows-based systems and networks.
- Manage ERP software flow and provide support.
