Job Description:

• Responsible for supporting yield improvement, driving, and managing the continuous yield and quality improvement for various devices.
• Responsible for having close interaction with Product Test Engineering team and communicate technical product status to management.
• Responsible for following up with Foundries and test subcontractors to resolve low yield/reliability issues.
• Responsible for monitoring of parameter test and wafer sorting yield with in-depth analysis using various statistical data analysis tools and understand on semiconductor process knowledge, e.g., inline d0, ET, CPK etc.
• Develops failure analysis methodologies as required for assigned projects to enable rapid problem solving with support of internal and external parties.

Requirements:

• Degree/Master’s in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics or related discipline.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills.
• Capability of mass data analysis.
• Min 2 years of experience in Product Engineering.
• Salary package will be offered based on working experience.
