Job Purpose:

The candidate will support Client Advisors in managing client relationships by delivering a superior client experience—through understanding, anticipating, and accurately executing client transactions. They will provide exceptional administrative and organizational support to Client Advisors, while excelling in daily responsibilities in alignment with Lighthouse Canton (LC)’s Vision and Mission.

Duties & Responsibilities:

(A) Client Relationship Management

  • Support the team of Client Advisors and Senior Assistant Client Advisors in developing, managing, and retaining existing Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) client relationships by delivering exceptional wealth management services as part of Lighthouse Canton’s client experience journey.

(B) Investment and Financial Planning

  • Collaborate closely with the Investment Portfolio Management team to provide customized and comprehensive investment solutions and financial planning portfolios for UHNW clients.

(C) Client Servicing and Account Management

  • Respond promptly to all client queries and instructions; monitor transactions and activities in client accounts to ensure timely and accurate resolutions.

(D) Administrative and Data Management

  • Maintain accurate client data and reports, and handle all administrative duties with efficiency and precision.

(E) Cross-Departmental Collaboration

  • Work with other departments to ensure a seamless and efficient client resolution experience.

(F) Firm Representation and Values

  • Uphold the firm’s values, reputation, and standing when representing Lighthouse Canton in external forums.

(G) Regulatory Compliance and Policy Adherence

  • Ensure that all activities are conducted within the regulatory framework and adhere to the company's internal policies and procedures.

(H) Partnership Coordination

  • Coordinate with business partners to understand how their services integrate with Lighthouse Canton’s overall practices and objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Preferably CACS certified (Module 1 & 2).

Domain Skills:

  • Strong understanding of the financial services industry and financial consulting responsibilities.

  • Experience in understanding and addressing the financial needs of Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) clients.
