We are looking for Intelligence & Capabilities Senior Managero drive the evolution of our enterprise capabilities and digital initiatives across global premium and heritage brands. In this role, you will lead cross-functional teams to transform customer experiences, streamline operations, and enable innovation at scale.

You will play a pivotal role in aligning business needs with technology solutions—leading strategy, execution, and continuous improvement across digital platforms and core business processes. This is a high-impact leadership role requiring a blend of business acumen, systems thinking, and hands-on program management expertise.

• Drive the digitization of the UI Brand Scalers program –We seed and incubate niche, premium, and heritage brands worldwide under this particular unique program. You will lead and develop.

Front-end D2C digital experiences, customer segmentation, service, and voice of customer capabilities.

Backend orchestration of Planning, Order to Cash, and Financial Value creation platforms for the Brand Scalers program.

• Lead & managethe team of business analysts, providing mentorship, guidance, and direction to ensure high-quality work and timely delivery. Monitor and report on the performance and progress of business analysis activities and take corrective action when necessary.
  

• Business-CapabilitiesAlignment:Develop and maintain substantial relationships with stakeholders, including managers, analysts, and operations teams, to understand their challenges, goals, and technology requirements. Ensure the initiatives and solutions are designed to meet the specific needs of the function.
  

• Technology Strategy:Developing a comprehensive technology strategy for the. This involves identifying opportunities for user experience, process automation, data analytics, artificial intelligence, and other emerging technologies to optimize business operations, enhance visibility, and drive continuous improvement.
  

• Continuous Improvement and Innovation:proactively explore new solutions to enhance business efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer service. Establish and maintain best practices, standards, and procedures for business analysis and promote continuous improvement within the team and organization.
  

• Requirements Gathering and Analysis:Coordinate and facilitate requirements gathering sessions, workshops, and stakeholder interviews to elicit and document business requirements, user stories, and use cases. Analyze these requirements and translate them into precise technical specifications to guide the development and implementation of suitable solutions. Ensure that project deliverables, such as user interface, functional specifications, business process models, and data integration, are accurate, complete, and aligned with the organization's strategic goals and objectives.
  

• Project Management: Oversees the execution of the capability's programs related to the UI business. This includes project planning, resource allocation, tracking progress, managing risks, and ensuring timely delivery of solutions that meet the agreed-upon requirements.
  

• Partners, Platforms, & Vendor Management:Collaborating with platforms, partners, and technology vendors to assess and select appropriate software or tools for the business. Evaluate proposals and manage relationships to ensure the delivery of quality solutions and services.
  

• Change Management and User Adoption:pivotal in promoting user adoption and ensuring business staff are adequately trained to use new systems and tools efficiently.
  

• Data Governance and Security:Collaborate with the security team to implement robust data governance and security measures to protect against data breaches and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  

• Performance Metrics and KPIs:Establishing and monitoring performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs to assess the success of the initiatives.

**The roles of duties are not exhaustive and may change according to business requirements.

• Experience:

• Minimum five years of experience in management roles covering business functions, digital transformation, or IT consulting.

• High proficiency in Design Thinking, Agile methodology, Team Structures, Change Management, and Product development.

• Preference to previous experience in a business partnering or project management roles covering cross-functional/globalteams & delivering Capabilities /Technological products/programs.

• A bachelor's degree in business management, information technology, computer science, business administration, analytics, or a related field. Preference to MBA.

• Strong understanding of Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain domains.

• Solid understanding of the core business processes: Content Management, Order Processing, Planning, Claims, Collect, and End to End Analytics.

• Familiar with fundamental businessand operations processes: Order to Cash / procure to cash / Sales Pipeline / Record to Report.

• Fundamental Knowledge ofFinance and Profit & Loss.

• Familiarity with data modeling, process modeling, and business process improvement techniques.

• Experience managing relationships with technology vendors and knowledge of the vendor selection process & negotiations.

• Experience in Managing strategic and Tactical Change management via Kotter 8 Steps, ADKAR, and Nudge methodologies.

SOFTWARE

Familiar or some experience with:

• Salesforce/Anaplan/ Kinaxis Planning Solutions

• Microsoft Power Platform / Data Visualization (Power BI / Tableau/Alteryx).

• Data Lake Management – Source, Integration Design.

• Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word).

• Project Management Tools (Jira, Confluence).

• Wireframe design and concepts (Figma).

• Collaboration Tools (Teams, SharePoint).
