Seller & Creator Operation Manager - Global Payment (Third-party Associate)

The Global Payment team of Bytedance provides payment solutions – including payment acquisitions, disbursements, transaction monitoring, payment method management, foreign‑exchange conversion, accounting, reconciliations, and more – to ensure that users enjoy a smooth and secure payment experience on ByteDance platforms such as TikTok. In line with the company's globalisation strategy, the team builds a platform to deliver cross‑border payment solutions for all ByteDance products and services, which are expanding rapidly worldwide. This role offers the chance to make an impact on a global scale across all ByteDance business use cases.

Responsibilities

1. Assist in completing merchant and influencer operation support for the Global BNPL business, including category cooperation development, executing mentor/influencer/agency docking, assisting cross‑departmental communication and coordination, promoting the specific implementation of the project, and contributing to the achievement of business GMV and budget acquisition targets.
2. Assist in monitoring the operational data of responsible projects, collate information such as channel conversion performance and user portraits, support the output of data analysis results, and provide executive‑level support for product iteration improvement plans and strategy optimisation.
3. According to business needs, assist in screening and docking high‑quality influencer, merchant and brand resources, support follow‑up on cooperation landing and effect tracking, and participate in the collection and collation of benchmark case/methodology materials.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with 1–2 years of work experience in e‑commerce merchant operation, influencer operation, or payment‑related business support.
2. Possess good communication and coordination skills, strong execution ability, and be able to efficiently complete daily docking and executive work, with a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to collaborate with the team to promote projects.
3. Be proactive, have basic awareness of cooperation and docking, and be able to assist in maintaining basic communication relationships with partners.
4. Master basic data analysis methods, be able to collect, collate and preliminarily summarise operational data, and identify and feedback basic executive issues.

Preferred Qualification

Payment industry background is preferred.
