Job description

Location: Redhill

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to support in research, data analysis, project coordination, and administrative functions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organizing information, supporting transformation work, and contributing to operational planning efforts.

Key Responsibilities
a. Basic Research Support
  • Conduct desktop scans and basic research.

  • Create simple online survey forms and gather insights to support operational planning and transformation initiatives.

b. Data Analysis & Reporting
  • Use Microsoft Office or other tools to collect, analyze, and present data from research activities.

  • Identify trends and areas for improvement to support decision-making.

c. Project Support
  • Coordinate project progress, documentation, and tracking for research and transformation initiatives.

  • Ensure project alignment with requirements, milestones, and timelines.

d. Administrative & Logistics Support
  • Assist with meeting preparations (e.g., agenda materials).

  • Support information collation across teams.

  • Provide logistics support for workplan and engagement sessions (venue booking, refreshments, attendance tracking, printing materials, etc.).

e. Documentation & Knowledge Management (KM)
  • Maintain and organize Knowledge Management repositories.

  • Manage archives of operational planning documents and materials.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline, preferably in Social Sciences, Business, Public Policy, or related fields.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with survey tools is an advantage.

  • Good research, analytical, and data interpretation skills.

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

  • Good written and verbal communication abilities.

  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.

  • Prior experience in research, administrative support, or project coordination is preferred but not mandatory.
